so...we went to the mall a couple weeks ago and I thought I'd share my haul with you.
I was excited to learn our mall had a Hot Topic, even though we'd been going there for years, I had no idea until now. I was not disappointed.
They had buttons/pins for 2 for $3, which I did not know until I looked at my receipt.
I got:
Freddy Fazbear, Skull & Crossbones style.
Finding Dory, "Cuddle Party". (I haven't seen the movie, I just thought it would work
for Ace Pride in October. It's even purple!)

Next, I bought Doctor Who socks. They are super long "above the knee" socks, but since i have short legs, i call them "thigh-highs"....(I don't watch the show but i love the merch they sell, but I know what it's about, I'm not completely unaware of what the show is about ;)
I got one full-sized funko, and two pocket-pops.
I got the tenth doctor (I like his character design, and I find his actor (David Tennant) the tiniest bit attractive. Plus, David Tennant was in one of the Harry potter movies so yeah, cool :)
this one is a Hot Topic Exclusive pre-release of him with his 3-D glasses. Which is really cool.

here he is, as you can see, the pocket pops are keychains. If you want to use these for 18 inch dolls, you can just twist the keyring out of it's head. A tip I got from Never Grow Up doll Guide, you should check out beastbelle's blog, it's great!

You can easily slip the plastci back in the box, so switching from in-box to out-of-box display, which I'll probably be doing a lot.
